This product includes two types of files: a PDF file that you can use to print out the letters and numbers, and a PowerPoint file with the two different sized pennants that you can edit and add any text that you like. You must have PowerPoint software in order to edit the file.
To make a banner, print out the letters you need and then cut them out. Punch a hole in each top corner of the pennants. String them together with a ribbon and then hang in your classroom.
